HTMA

$349.00

Are you experiencing menopause-related fatigue that won’t budge?

You may recognize yourself here:

  • Constant exhaustion, even after a full night’s sleep

  • Brain fog or trouble concentrating

  • Low motivation or feeling “flat”

  • Weight changes that don’t respond to diet or exercise

  • Digestive issues or bloating

  • Hormone symptoms that don’t improve even with supplements or HRT

If you’ve tried “doing all the right things” and still feel off, you’re not alone.

What worked in earlier stages of life often doesn’t work the same way in menopause.

Why menopause fatigue is different

During midlife, the body’s demand for minerals, nutrients, and stress support increases — while absorption and reserves often decrease.

Many women are told:

  • their labs are “normal”

  • to try another supplement

  • to push harder with diet or exercise

But fatigue during menopause is often less about effort and more about missing or imbalanced foundations.

This is where minerals matter.

Why minerals (and sometimes heavy metals) matter in menopause

Minerals play a role in:

  • energy production

  • stress response

  • sleep quality

  • hormone signaling

  • thyroid and metabolic function

When minerals are depleted or out of balance, the body compensates — often leading to fatigue, anxiety, poor sleep, and stalled progress.

Heavy metals can also interfere with mineral balance and increase the body’s stress load. Exposure is more common than most people realize.

Understanding these patterns helps explain why symptoms persist.

What is Hair Tissue Mineral Analysis (HTMA)?

Hair Tissue Mineral Analysis is a simple, non-invasive, at-home test that looks at mineral patterns and potential heavy metal exposure over time.

Rather than guessing or layering more supplements, HTMA provides insight into:

  • mineral balance and stress patterns

  • how the body has been adapting over the last few months

  • potential factors contributing to fatigue and low energy in menopause

Information changes how you support your body.

What’s included

When you purchase HTMA testing, you’ll receive:

  • At-home HTMA test kit mailed directly to you

  • Comprehensive nutritional and lifestyle questionnaire

  • 1:1 results review and personalized recommendations

  • Customized protocol based on your results and stage of life

  • 20% off recommended supplements

  • $100 off future HTMA retesting

This is a data-informed starting point for women who are tired of guessing and ready for clarity.
